Planning

We will work with you every step of the way – from understanding your individual requirements and concerns to developing a plan that meets your needs. We will explain all the steps, and leave you in no doubt as to who does what and when. We will visit your site locations – both current and new – and work exactly as per your proposed floor plans.

Packing & Unpacking

We carry a comprehensive line of packing supplies to ensure that goods are not damaged during the shift-out or shift-in period. If you want, we can also totally unpack your belongings and set up your office in the new location exactly as per floor plan. To minimize time and costs of packing for short distance local moves, we carry commercial bins and clothing racks.

Other Issues

We will handle other issues like getting insurance certificates, and working with the building management at both locations. We also have the tools to disassemble and re-assemble workspaces quickly.

Pricing

Most of our commercial pricing is customized to match customer needs. However, to give you a rate that’s both accurate and competitive, we will perform a free
onsite estimate for you.

Typically, pricing is based on 3 components:

• Hourly labor charge: Comprises number of movers on the team, including truck and moving equipment. Hourly charges start once movers arrive at your premises, and finish when the service is completed at your new address. Travel time is added, based either on a flat fee, or total driving time involved from pick-up address to destination.
• Packing supplies: Comprises cost of all packing supplies, including boxes, crates, cartons, paper, wraps, etc.
• Accessorial charge: Comprises tolls, additional valuation (liability), and the following special services, if any.

  • Rubbish removal
  • Construction clean-ups
